Week #1 Goal:
Aim for no more than 50 grams/day. For reference, one 32 fl oz soda equals 50 grams. One bag of skittles equals 24 grams.
Week #2 GoaL:
Aim for no more than 25 grams/day
Week #3 Goal:
Aim for no more than 15 grams/day
Week #4 Goal:
Aim for no more than 10 grams/day.
