You can either go in order (hydration, vegetables, protein….) or you can pick topics that interest you and complete them that way. Take one month to complete each challenge to allow habit formation. Then when you move on to the next month, don’t forget the skill you already mastered previously. Each month should be another building block in your foundation as a nutritionally sound athlete.
